The Travel Mum LTD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account. When creating a premium account you are required to provide your financial information relevant to the chosen payment method, in some cases, you may be requested to provide your credit card details.
The Travel Mum LTD offers both free and premium membership plans. Free membership gives you access to use our search feature and receive our top deals email, while premium membership grants you access to customised deals that are sent to you weekly alongside other benefits. By signing up for any of our plans, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service and adhere to the conditions set out in your chosen membership plan. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. Premium benefits will be available until the premium membership expiration date.
14 day free trial
We offer a 14 day free trial so you can enjoy the custom deals we send out prior to committing to a premium membership. This must be cancelled before the end of the 14 days if you don’t wish to continue with the membership. If not cancelled, payment will be taken at the end of this period and an annual membership will begin. Memberships can easily be cancelled in the profile section of the website. Our personalised planning service is only available once memberships have been paid and isn’t available on the free trial due to the time we invest in sourcing a personalised trip.
Each member may request one full personalised trip request during the year.
We are always here to help with smaller issues as and when they arise.
